Banking Disclaimer
Dhiya & Thomas Management Consultancy (Dt Consultancy) provides assistance and guidance in relation to banking and business-related financial procedures. However, we are not a bank or financial institution.
Banking Transactions
Any money transferred to or from a bank account is subject to the terms, conditions, verification procedures and compliance requirements of the relevant bank.
Limitation of Liability
Dt Consultancy is not responsible for delays, transaction failures, rejected transfers, account restrictions, charges, exchange rate differences or other issues arising from banking transactions or the actions of banks or payment service providers.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for ensuring that all banking details and transaction information provided by them are accurate before making or authorising any payment or transfer.
Transaction Processing and Approval
Dt Consultancy does not guarantee the completion or timing of any bank transaction. Any decision relating to the approval, processing, holding or rejection of a transaction is solely at the discretion of the relevant bank or financial institution.
Banking Enquiries and Disputes
Clients should contact their bank directly for transaction-specific information, payment confirmation, transfer status or any banking dispute.
Acknowledgement of Banking Terms
By using our banking-related assistance, you acknowledge that banking transactions are subject to the policies and procedures of the relevant financial institution.
Payment Receipts and Service Processing
A payment receipt will be issued only for the amount actually received in our bank account. The processing of any service or application will commence only after the payment has been successfully received and confirmed in our bank account.
