At Dt Consultancy, we aim to provide professional and reliable consultancy and business support services. Our refund policy depends on the nature of the service and the stage at which the service is cancelled.
Service Fees
Fees paid to Dt Consultancy may cover professional services, documentation, application preparation, coordination and other agreed services.
Government fees, bank charges, third-party charges and other external costs may be separate from our professional service fees.
Refunds
A refund may be considered where the requested service has not commenced and no substantial professional work or application processing has been completed.
Any refund will be assessed based on the work completed and costs already incurred.
Non-Refundable Amounts
Amounts paid towards government fees, application fees, bank charges, third-party charges, document processing or professional services already completed may not be refundable.
Once an application or service has been substantially processed, the applicable professional fee may be non-refundable.
Government and Third-Party Decisions
Dt Consultancy assists with applications and procedures. Approval of visas, licences, registrations, bank accounts, permits or other applications is subject to the decision of the relevant authority or third party.
Rejection, delay or non-approval by a government authority, bank or third party does not automatically entitle the client to a refund of fees already incurred.
Client Cancellation
If a client cancels a service after work has commenced, any refund will depend on the work completed, stage of processing and costs incurred.
Refund Requests
Refund requests should be submitted with the relevant payment and service details. Each request will be reviewed based on the applicable service terms and work completed. You may refer to the quotation for the further terms and conditions.
