If the Commercial Registration (CR) is not renewed before the expiry date, the Registration Department at the Ministry of Industry and Commerce may delete the CR. However, deletion does not end the legal responsibilities of the owner or the registered management—their liabilities will continue as if the CR were still active.
The Commercial Registration may be revived within three years from the date of deletion by law.
